Withdrawal instructions for consumers
Does this apply to me?
Use is free for candidates; without a payment obligation, withdrawal does not apply to them. Only the placement service towards the client (household) is subject to a fee. If a client concludes a placement contract as a consumer (§ 13 BGB) by distance or off-premises, a statutory right of withdrawal may apply. In that case the following applies.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from conclusion of the contract. To exercise it, send an unambiguous statement (e.g. by email to info@hospitly.de).
Early expiry
The right of withdrawal may expire early if, at your express request, the placement service has already been performed in full and you confirmed before it began that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
