How we work
Confidential consultation
You describe the household, the role and your expectations — by phone, WhatsApp or through the consultation form. No listings to write, no effort on your side.
A considered introduction
We source, vet and personally introduce a small selection of suitable candidates — advertised anonymously where it supports the search.
Placement with guarantee
Our fee only becomes due when your chosen candidate starts. If they leave within three months, we search again at no further fee.
We check clients and positions before onboarding on a best-effort basis, including identity and contacts. These checks are limited and do not replace your own due diligence.
